What fantastic service! I emailed with our rental requirements for 3 bikes over the October half-term. They were very quick to respond and gave me advice on frame size etc (I am a novice to mountain bikes). Joshua and his colleagues sorted out delivery and collection from our rental in Swanage. I was very impressed the bikes came with 3 helmets, a rucksack with repair kit, pump and even maps of the area. They had thought of everything. The bikes were great quality Giant bikes and the rental good value for money. Highly recommend and will definitely use again when we are back in Dorset.

Great service, and very handy having a pump and puncture repair kit for us to take along. But only 4 stars as the bikes are getting a bit worn. Gears not terribly precise and one bike wouldn't shift into 1st.
I highly recommend this place. I was cycling in the area and had a flat tyre, and the lovely man in charge very kindly had a look at it and fixed the puncture, and then helped us to find our way on the map. Thank you so much!
Service was above and beyond what I was expecting. Really friendly and supplied us with everything required for exploring the beautiful surroundings of Purbeck. Would highly recommend!
Myself and my girlfriend were't sure how good these guys are, but we found it to be very professional with very helpful staff! We had the one of the best days out we have had in a long while riding to the beach! PS - Pig on the Beach is well worth a visit for a naughty treat...
