I have been using Howe fencing now AVS for over 10 years. No problems under old ownership. But now buying materials in store to then be told by the yard staff they don’t have them in stock or I can’t take them as they are sold to somebody else. They told me my item is being held in the yard, to travel there to then be told it’s been sold to somebody else. Really shouldn’t be taking money off customers when you don’t have the item to sell in the first place! The service is not what it used to be!

Bought 4 hazel fence panels from Howe fencing, once delivered i relised they were very poor quality, thin and flimsy and with the edges looking like they had been chewed by a beaver, i had bought some second hand ones of ebay earlier that were far better quality and condition although second hand,contacted them on the day of delivery and after several emails nothing was done and i was fobbed off.

After 2 phone calls to make an enquiry about buying an arbour,I asked if they could email me what they had ,they told me they would send email,which I ,never received, so rung again to be told ,lost e mail address ,and would send again if I gave address again ,which I done,still no answer ,so decided to go over there and see for ourselves,not much there atall, went in to speak to someone and was like they didn't want the business and felt like we was wasting there time so we left very disappointed in there manner, not a way to run a business especially at the moment ..wont be going back or recommending,

Despite the delays in delivery of the new potting shed due to Covid, the Regency Suntrap shed arrived with the assistance of a very helpful driver, and we had no problems assembling. Excellent product and quality .Thank you.
