Ward Estates and SageWard Lettings are excellent I have used them both for renting my property in the past and most recently to sell my property. I highly recommend them. They do exactly what they say they will do which is totally refreshing at a time where this rarely happens. Nicola Hopps who managed my sale kept me informed at all times, checked in with regularly and was very supportive at the difficult times that occur during the selling process. Also importantly when Nicola was out of the office anyone I spoke to was helpful and any messages were always passed on. I have and will always recommend Sage Ward and Ward Estates as a professional, reliable estate/letting agent which gives a very different experience to most others I have dealt with and particularly as a female run company I endorse it very highly.
