I gave them a call to schedule a pickup of two old gas tanks. Sebastian on the phone was incredibly helpful ! He organized a pickup for January 4th and provided me with an email receipt as I requested. All around great customer service... looking forward to a successful pick up

Quite useless to be honest. Called up and spent ages waiting for them to pick up the phone, which they didn’t. Then drove down here only to find the man at the front who’s supposed to pick up the phone ON HIS MOBILE!!! He was vexed when I interrupted him, then he told they would t serve me, because I’m not trade, which I am!!! Really disappointed, all my other interactions with Calor have been positive... until now....

I was in urgent need of some gas for my heaters at home. I tried everywhere and no one seemed to be able to help me. The delivery waiting times were as much as 3 weeks. However when I got into contact with Calor Wandsworth, they were able to offer me a fast solution. The man I spoke to was very polite and helpful. The price of gas is not the best at this centre but I will be definitely going back in the near future.

I tried calling this centre many times as it's the closest stockist to my home address. At one point I thought of giving up and writing a bad review. I understand that they are very busy and in normal circumstances this would be unacceptable, however when I did get through to someone, they were very helpful and resolved all my queries. I don't justify their service but I understand that they were understaffed for some time. Taking all of that into consideration, I give them 5 stars for all the help and guidance they provided me despite their busy schedule.

Overall; good experience. delivery was delayed as they had an issue with their deliveries, but they called and kept me updated. also kept me informed via their email and quite attentive. only downside is that they are very busy so delivery may be longer.
