Missed 1 appointment and was told I wasn’t allowed to go to that surgery anymore unless I pay. Reason why I was rejected, the receptionist said that I missed 5 appointments... 4 in 2001... I was born in 1999. 20 year old student now expected to pay money to get any dental support. Absolutely ridiculous. Unprofessional and poor treatment of a long term customer, do not go to this surgery they just want your money.
