Truly blown away by this course. Given it's a pay and play course I'm really impressed by the quality of the design, the layout and the length of this course. There are lots of demanding holes for even the most experienced players. Long and open holes makes this enjoyable for big hitters, but theres plenty of obstacles, trees, water hazards and dog legs that will test you. The standard of the green keeping is excellent and what you'd expect from a full membership course. Very picturesque scenery, but very hilly course. Be careful if you plan on carrying a full set of clubs as its tiring to walk the full 18. Buggies are available at the pro shop as is a wide range of clubs, clothing and accessories. The pro and his staff are all very helpful and capable and the prices are very good value for money. I would highly recommend this course to casual and serious players alike.

Great Municipal course. Can get a little wet and a little overcrowded mid morning. Long par 3's and challenging length on a few other holes. Overall well worth a visit & round

A popular municipal golf course with a wide, forgiving layout that’s sadly let done by the standard of its greens. Most tee boxes are slanted and the fairways were littered with mounds of cut grass. However, the long Par 3s are great and there’s plenty of dog-leg par 4s that require shot variety from the tee. A long course that’s clearly well liked.

Course in poor condition. Been a lot of rain but it's not like it wasn't forecast. Fairways, rough and greens far too long. It's these basics that really hold the place back. Come on WHGC! A bit of TLC is all that's required...
