I'm almost don't want to say it's the best bike shop in East London b/c then everyone will start bringing their bikes here, but I can't not sing its praises enough! I recently emailed them about an issue I was having with my bike, they emailed me back the same day and serviced my bike so fast, I barely had time to miss it! Their customer service is exceptional to boot! I'm so happy that you're literally just around the corner.
Fantastic, prompt and friendly service. And a real community-focussed culture. Can’t recommend enough.
Superb local bike shop. These guys have fixed my two expensive but aged mountain bikes, even with obscure and complex problems. They will collect and drop off bikes locally by arrangement, which was hugely appreciated. Competitive pricing and excellent service. Highly recommended, especially for mountain bikes.
Changed my drivetrain from a typical road set up to 1 chainring and big range cassette. Knowledgeable, friendly service and all running smoothly. So much nicer to only have 1 shifter for my commute. They are pros at MTBs too apparently. I'll be back!!
