Had my registry here last year and the service was great, and didn't take long. Everything was explained to us properly
like
Tried to register notice for marriage, took 30mins to take all my details down then when we were getting ready to pay for booking I was cut off, subsequently spoke to three other members of staff who all cut me off. After nine calls still unable to sort this out.
Excellent service and very friendly and polite staff.
Sonia the registrar was amazing! She was really flexible and lovely and put our needs first. She's very experienced, professional and welcoming. I'm really glad she did our ceremony. It wouldn't have been the same without her - and we're really grateful we had her as our registrar. :)
AWFUL. I would suggest registering in a different council even if you live in Waltham Forest. This Registry office is just awful in every sense. They don't know what they are doing and they persistently ignore you. I have been chasing a marriage certificate for almost 6 months. These are important documents that only they can give. So please don't get married here.
