Called end of September for a speedometer conversion for my lefthand drive. Was told to send them an email and they’ll get back to me with a quote. Received no reply. I then sent a follow up email. Again no reply. Now mid october I decided to give them a call to hear if they have even received my email. I was then asked to email it again and they would have someone give me a quote asap. It’s now almost a month after my initial request and I still have not received a reply. So I’ve decided to go somewhere else. Update: What a rude reply. Could you then please explain why after I sent the exact same email to a different company, I received a reply from them the day after? When I called, the answer was that it was all taking more time due to covid (not a month though surely?). And Not because you did not receive an email because the size of the picture (I took with my phone ) was too big to come through.
