Can be a very long wait, especially if good/fare weather. Doctors and staff very helpful. Patient/ill person has to fill forms at reception

Came in with very bad dehydration, my wee was seriously dark brown. I practically had to beg for some fluids and this took 5 hours. I was also peeing blood, at one point I peed put complete blood and just got told to \sit down\ extremely unprofessional, nurses didn't seem to want to answer and questions and got annoyed if you politely asked how long it would be. I'm sorry but serious dehydration and peeing blood constantly should of been felt with alot quicker that that, we still waiting now we arrived at 9am and its 3pm now
I'm sure urgent means been seen asap. Not over 2hrs after arrival, it was my 5yr old son who needed medical attention. Needs sorting.
