Absolutely terrible customer service. Phoned the shop on my lunch break to see if they had a scientist's lab coat. I was told they only had a Doctors White coat with accessories. I asked how much and was told 17. I explained I couldn't get to the shop until 5 and was told he'd wait 10 mins. Got to the shop and asked if he might have a novelty science kit or test tube and was told \you can go and steal one from the hospital down the road because I haven't got any here\ He then tried to charge me 25 after we already agreed 17. I left the shop without the products because of his rudeness and cheek. I advise you to not even waste your time there's a beautiful shop not far from it called Altered Image Fancy Dress with impeccable customer service.
I can not believe what I have just experienced while on the phone to Swinnertons. Customer service is disgusting!!! Absolutely disgraceful! The man I spoke to on the phone really SHOULD NOT be working in customer service and clearly has no knowledge or interest in fancy dress! Please DO NOT shop here! I will be ordering my costume from Altered Image Fancy Dress in great barr, wonderful shop very knowledgeable staff and amazing costumer service!!
