Lace loops break on Karrimor Tempo 5 running shoe! These running shoes are usually great but this particular model has weak lace loops. I took one pair back. Now this pair has 3 broken lace loops. It might be the laces rubbing away at the fabric.

Still quite compacted inside thought they may have moved some rails to aid social distancing but no. Very slow service when waiting for assistance with shoe running. I guess it's because it's Monday. Took a double stroller couldn't get round all of the shop. Good job I only went for trainers. (Not such a bargain though 22 for baby trainers)

Prices are ok for a high street shop. Always looks like organisation and general tidying up are an after thought of all staff members. Also, I'm very nice and polite, but here, my only guess can be that staff are paid around 1.50 per hour. As they have zero interest in being nice, serving, having manners or any basic kind of general human conversation. Got me a nice pair of adidas trainers for 30 quid though.
Huge shop with Mens trainers and clothes as soon as you walk in and the womens trainers and clothes are on the 1st floor. Excellent service and very friendly and attentive staff. The items that are available are vast.
