Good visit, let alone raining. Gr8! GO HERE EVERYTIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But make it open more hours. Matalan is the goto place for everybody looking for clothing. 5 stars. Will be returning

I love Matalan, but won't be shopping at this store again. Recently moved to the area and discovered that there is a Matalan a few minutes drive from my house. As a fan of the chain I decided to pop by and have a look. What a mistake, I should have listened to the bad reviews. I don't want to go into detail because I found the whole experience upsetting and embarrassing. No middle aged woman should be treated as I was, especially by teenage shop assistants while the manager stood a few feet away. I still like Matalan, but will drive the extra distance to alternative stores in future. AVOID THIS LOCATION!! (If anyone from Matalan head office reads this I strongly suggest you send out a secret shopper asap, especially to check out the Saturday morning till staff.)

I went to the Matalan Bescot store, I was greeted by a lady who was called Louise, she looked very smart and acted very professional, I was asking about an item and she gave me suggestions on how I can wear this specific blouse and how I can match items with it. She provided me an amazing service with a smile which is always appreciated , thanks to her I was confident to go to a family event on the night, and definitely felt comfortable with what I was wearing. She also had a friendly conversation with me and treated me very well, very pleased, very satisfied. Will definitely be visiting store again Thanks to her I received loads of compliments she also showed me the new stock they had which was what I like to wear. Well done Louise.
