Over 10 hours in a & e with a 6 wk old baby who has trouble breathing at one point i see the nurses having a laugh and joke had to tell them iv e been waiting in this room for 1/2 hour on my own without anyone seeing me and and thats after waiting 2 hours somewher else ,guess what someone came to see me what a joke! After 4 hours i ran out of baby feed told them i cant wait any longer you need to hurry up ive had enough there seems to be no urgency with the staff! Well done for reaching a new low manor!

HORRIBLE WAITED 3 HOURS IN A COVID SPEADING, FULL, CRAMMED WAITING ROOM, NURSES AND STAFF NICE, BUT NOT GOOD PLACE TO BE!!!
Should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. My grandfather went to the hospital for a catheter change. It was done by a trainee and my grandfather voiced him concerns it didn’t feel right. They said it’s fitted correctly and sent him home despite his complaints. He then had to return that evening as it wasn’t fitted correctly and was leaking!! He’s now been sat in A&E for 5 hours in absolute agony and is getting upset as he’s not been able to relive himself since this morning and none of the staff members seem to care. They’ve completely ignored him for a task that takes literally 5 minutes to do. This is t the first time it has happened this year and something really needs to be done about it. Appalling attitude
The doctors are fabulous, compassionate and hard working but the wait times are abysmal. Waited 8 hours for my broken arm.
They are dedicated to the patients even through the covid 19. its not easy for them risking there lives every day. Thanks nhs
