It is a shame there is not a no star option. After being a customer for a few years, it appears that setting up a new contract is beyond the capability and as such we are being left non compliant. I have yet to encounter a more serious level of incompetency and hope i never do. Based on my own experience i would advise to stay away. Any company that treats it's customers in this way and considering the systems that they ares supposed to maintain, this is scary!!!

What a totally useless company , today is the third time since April that someone was supposed to come and check my water supply and what a surprise it’s another no show. Three full days of my life that I will never get back. If this company pushes another appointment through my door I will do my upmost to ensure that I am not in if they arrive
