I recently sold my house with Goodchilds, they were excellent with communication, with covid and the market being difficult i was a little skeptical about selling however goodchilds put my mind at ease and helped me wherever possible. Alex dealt with my sale and reassured me throughout, she was brilliant. I have some more properties which i will be looking to sell in the future and would definitely get Alex and Goodchilds to deal with them.

I sold my property with Goodchilds last year they were so professional and nothing was too much trouble. Viewings were carried out by Alex and i couldn't fault her she was so polite to the potential buyers. Although all the staff were great, Alex helped through the sale and always kept me informed the sale would not of gone so smoothly without her. If you are looking to sell then Goodchilds are the ones to go to.

Enquired about a property on rightmove, no response to my enquiry, rang them a few days later to arrange a viewing. They answered the phone rudely with the first line of response being merely \full time employed\ followed by \you need a homeowner guarantor\ no pleasantries, no customer service. I had both of those things, so arranged a viewing for the following day. Was called an hour before the viewing and told the property was no longer available. Did they not know this would likely be the case beforehand? Awful customer service and just simply very rude.

You have to have a guarantor to be able to apply for a property? Makes it impossible for some people. Horrible heartless policy.
