I had to change out my pcp I had rather quickly as I was at the end of my contract, dealt with Graham Lowe nd it was a great experience from start to finish. I'm always a little hesitant to go with main dealers because I always feel there's a price tag associated with it but the value for money I got with my new kuga was amazing, I got alot of extras I never had in my original pcp with hyundai so I'm very pleased. Part exchange was far greater than any other garage offered me as well. They follow the covid regulations very well using Microsoft teams to go over your finance options and I also had a detailed video of the car before accepting. Due to covid I wasn't able to test drive or see the car but the reassurance I had from Evans halshaw with a 7 day or up to 250 mile returns policy was great addition to make my mind feel at ease when buying in these difficult conditions. When this pcp is up I'll surely be coming back again
