I went to the Kings Heath store and was served by the staff who were extremely busy but friendly. They worked as a team and made sure my twins had everything they needed for college. Nothing was too challenging for them. They checked stock, looked in stock room numerous times and still smiled. Thank you very much to Rikkiah, Molly and Lou the Manager, fantastic customer service and care even during the pandemic!
