Brilliant family friendly place to go At the steam railway line there is a very reasonable priced cafe, rides are available via booking online, at the other end of the park there is a lake with many forms of wildlife and relaxing walk, nice picnic area, and plenty of activities. Parking is pay and display 1 for 2 hrs. If you have nice weather. You have a great day out sorted.

Discovered this little gem yesterday on a walk round Chase Water Park . They were just about to shut but we managed to bag a drink and a lovely Victoria sponge . Went again today , this time for a take out breakfast - food was excellent and comes in a good sized compartmentalised tray , very impressive . Also had Victoria Sponge again - rude not to ! Looking forward to going inside this place post Covid - looks very interesting . We should all be looking to support these sort of places both during and post lockdown . Access to it is not that straightforward but well worth the effort . As you come into the water park , go over the mini roundabout , drive slowly as there will be people walking and Brownhills West is about 500 yards down on your left hand side . You can park right outside the cafe free of charge . Give it a try , you won’t be disappointed .

We called in as we were passing on our walk around the Chase. It's a great little place with a cafe that was open for take away. I don't know a lot about old railways etc but there seems to be quite a lot to see. There is also a small vintage-type gift shop there but it wasn't open on the day we visited.

Had a delicious cream tea, everything was so fresh and all homemade. Was very reasonable price too. Obviously the railway wasn't open properly after lockdown yet but the cafe are doing takeaway food and drinks. Was nice to be able to sit on the field and relax.

Fantastic park and the steam railway to look around is worth a visit. It's a short 10 minute walk from the main car park and the tea room is open
