Horrendous store. Utterly Rude staff on the Scan N Go. Totally illegal social distancing, everyone roams around like its a zoo. Shelves are always trashed. Its just a nightmare. I used to still use the place in an emergency, but now id still rather drive 5 miles to go to a diff store. Avoid.

Typical Asda. Gets very busy at weekends. Biggest supermarket in Bloxwich area. Building showing its age now, very cramped and poorly lit. Good range of goods. Staff not very helpful when you can find them. Overworked and under paid and you can tell.

The click and collect ordering process from the Bloxwich store is horrendous. Checked my substitutes before collection and none of them were acceptable so decided to get alternatives myself before collecting my shopping. Turns out most of the things I originally ordered were on the shelves so why substitute? To add to the experience there is no open air area to wait for your order, no designated indoor area, just have to wait in the entry, blocking other customers entry and exit... with COVID it just dosen't seem very safe at all. The collection process would have been manageable if it was quick but it just seems so disorganized that what should have been an in and out collection took over 30 minutes. I now definitely understand why Bloxwich Asda has so many available collection and delivery slots compared to other stores, it's not because they are super efficient but I think it's because people avoid the store.
