The brilliant scenery, made me feel free again, city life can take its toll on humans we tend to forget how beautiful nature really is, it was amazing breath of fresh air. I will continue my visits now as the walk the puts my mind at ease and brings tranquility. I recommend this to everyone!

Love it here. Nice big park, well looked after and a nice place for an evening stroll. Cafe and boat hire during the summer months makes it a fun day out. It also has a nice sized adventure playground, skate/ bmx area and a nature walk towards the back. Perfect place for family picnics, duck feeding and very popular with dog walkers.

Love a walk around here in any weather - remember visiting as a child too when it was a couple of bus rides away. Also the Illuminations which sadly haven't been done for a few years
