Over Priced and Overly Hyped. Food was cold. Service was great up until I started to complain. Toast was cold, beans were cold. Egg was left under the warmer too long. Perhaps the restaurant is now to big, or maybe the need a bigger kitchen. Whatever it was, needs to be resolved. Customer service level displayed from the cashier was below par, would have expected that from a burger van. When a customer complains in person always take the complaint seriously. Now I'm on google. I'll be back but next time if the food is poor I'll not be paying. Good luck in the future.

A disappointing experience. We've placed a large order for a family dinner that was supposed to be delivered by Uber Eats. When the order arrived, many dishes were missing. Upon calling the restaurant, we were told that they didn't notice that the driver hadn't picked up the whole order and they can't do much about it now - either we pick it up ourselves or they refund the missing items. I went over to collect and was given a missing bag. I was offered a free coffee, but kindly declined as I don't drink coffee at all (probably saving myself from another disappointment). When I left the restaurant, one of the waiters had to chase after me with one more bag they forgot about. That's about the service. Now food, attached is a photo of a gourmet burger with extra bacon and cheese, which is the saddest thing I've seen in some time. The burger was dry and no sauce was provided. My wife's turkey was dry as well, and my son found his steak overcooked. You will be much better with an order from Hello Burger, Trattoria or Limoncello - food from there is consistently delicious. I can only hope our experience is more of an exception than a general rule, but I'd recommend the management do a review of they want to succeed.
Friendly staff. High quality food, especially the cooked breakfast and cakes. Speedy service. Reasonable pricing. It's very clear to see why walnuts is thriving as a local business.
Food fab we went for brunch staff friendly quick service friendly atmosphere and I also noticed they was sterilising chairs and tables as customer's left plenty seating we sat outside as weather was kind to us have put pict up of mine which was scrambled egg on 2brown toast salmon added was bacon and mushrooms good portions would recommend a visit.
I love good food with friendly attentive service and Walnuts has it. I treated myself to an early. full English today and it came fresh and hot. Perfect poached egg choice and the sausage was class itself. Beans came in a pot instead of sprawled over the plate. The place was socially distanced \packed\ at 09.30 on a Sunday morning so that says a lot. Plenty of outside space too! Will try their lunch or dinner next time I am down Sidcup way! Do keep it up Walnuts!
