Today my wife waited outside in the rain for a good 10 minutes. When there was a space inside she was asked to enter and wait by the window. A gentleman (who was with another shopper )offered to wait outside so there was ample space between customers to allow my wife to see the display on offer as this is now located centrally in the shop. There were only 3 people in the shop . Unfortunately an assistant rudely asked not once but three times for her to stay by the window whilst she was trying to see what was on offer towards the centre display.This being whilst a butcher was trying to receive her order. There were no other customers anywhere near. Upon the third request by the rude assistant and to the bemusement of the butcher serving she walked away never to return.

Best rib of beef ever. Cooked to perfection with the help of excellent advice and the loan of a meat thermometer. If there were more than 5 stars available Walmsleys would get them!
