He once valued a property considerably higher than other Estate Agents because it was a unique property, he achieved his prediction and the property was sold within 2 weeks. Walmsley strive to make the process as stress free as possible with very dedicated back office staff who liaise directly with the Solicitors, Seller and Buyer - so you don't have to! They also update you very regularly on the current situation so you are never left wondering what is happening.
