Overall it's not the worst Walmart I've ever been in. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. The grocery section seems to have what ever the store buys in bulk at the time. The food shelves have little variety. The rest of the store has typical stuff and easy to find. They do have great fried chicken!!

Living in Ashburn for over 10 years and NEVER visited our local Walmart’s! My son from New York visited this past weekend and heard that they stocked a particular brand of cheese Pimento Spread and he brought a freezer bag to carry several back to NYC (where its either not available of costs 12X). Its easy to find across Dulles Shopping Center and a huge parking lot. No issue getting in with a fac mask and the store is so large its fairly easy to social distance. Everything you would want to find is available. Groceries, clothes, fine food, a pharmacy and in-store banking, nails…very impressive. Very quick check-out especially if you have a few items and there are several express check-outs.

Always able to obtain what I shopping for....well maybe 98% of the time. Would like to see some of the merchandise that's left on floor in boxes put away. Other than that, I'm a satisfied shopper.

Poor customer service!!! first time in my life as a shopper that a manager at this location his name Sharwan can't match the price for an item they currently don't have in stock. As a customer point of view that is completely wrong, many other retailers offer that option for an item if they run out of the size customer it's looking for. That and he made me wait 20 minutes to tell me no I can't do that, it's not like I was asking for free, just to save me the inconvenience of having to drive all the way to chantilly to get the size I need to feed my dog, since he has allergies I have to feed him the same thing. Anyway poor customer service. I will definitely be calling their corporate offices because this is ridiculous!!!!

This Walmart has horrible customer service. One associate put their hands on me and shoved me. I will definitely be calling corporate.
