Just bought a new washing machine at Raff Wallington. Excellent service and pricing as usual. Really good social distancing in the shop and I must thank the wonderful delivery staff who also disconnected and removed my old machine, and connected the new one. Have bought several items over the years and have always been very happy. A great company. Thank you

My Nan ordered a washing machine from them and when they arrived to deliver it she asked if they could wear face masks as she is part of an at risk group and they got all funny about it and where quite rude to her. Then when installing the machine they couldn’t undo a pipe which allowed them to remove the old machine they asked her for a towel and she gave them one and when they decided they couldn’t undo the pipe they left the towel slung on the floor and they where rude when they demanded that she got a plumber to undo the pipe. When she spoke to customer services ok the phone the lady was just as rude telling her that they are just installers not plumbers multiple times which she already knew. After getting a plumber they came back and fitted the washing machine and took the old one away but refused to show her how it worked because of Covid. Even though they had came in with out masks and not maintained social distancing. We are very unsatisfied with the service and how my Nan has been treated!
