Joined the practice a year ago in the middle of a pandemic and have nothing but praise for the surgery. Online consultation requests have been answered quickly and effectively. All the staff I have come into contact with have been nothing but helpful and polite in the most challenging circumstances. Thank you.

Really bad experience with my poor 83 year old Mother missing a vaccine that was offered and then the rude reception desk saying they didn’t have it....so rude....shouldn’t be in the job if they haven’t the patience or decency to handle the elderly helpfully and sensitively. Moved her to London and she was vaccinated straight away brilliantly by a fantastic team at Lords Cricket Ground. No disrespect to the doctors who it is virtually impossible to access behind there deeply unpleasant reception desk!

I too find receptionist SO rude even their telephone manner. It seems to me you have to get their opinion on your medical matter whether they actually put your request through!!! I’m in my 60’s got crohns , arthritis and on biologic drugs yet there is 50 year olds with NO underlying health problems with given option of covid vaccine !!! Yet again left out again. And yes I agree with other reviews, lady with blond hair and glasses SO rude!!!

What a pleasure it was to be contacted by Maryjane , the Practice Pharmacist carrying out my annual medication review, whilst being very professional and answering all questions posed, her manner was very reassuring charming cheerful and useful, unusual in these very testing times for both Patients and Medical Staff
