Kathy and Sally on the Customer Service Desk made my day today. They gave me flowers after I had gone to them for help. It should have been me giving flowers to them as they were so nice to me. Second time I've been here with my parents. We live in Pangbourne (20 minute) drive. I was really impressed with the staff at the door making sure the trolleys were cleaned AFTER customers had used them. Staff are very friendly, helpful and COVID aware. The store layout is very clearly labelled, everything is easy to find. Excellent customer service at checkouts . Will definitely be back
