Had a fantastic experience today diving with Mark Clayton in charge and Tim Lawson on the video/camera. Really lucked-out with the weather, minimal waiting around, Mark was a true professional throughout. Although I was really excited for it, he set a calm tone that just made the whole thing an u forgettable experience and Tim’s videography is incredible. What a day.

Very rude lady answered the phone, she had ZERO patience to answer my questions and explain how the courses work! We are not supposed know how everything works, and if we ask 3, 5 or 10 times, you are supposed to explain!!! I think a customer experience starts from the first moment we contact the company, and because of the way I was treated, with so much indefference and rudeness I already do not want to give my money to this company. Please, show some empathy on the phone and explain things to your future customers, otherwise, people like me will just run away from you!! Call made on 24th August 2020 Time: 15:50

Best place to do your first skydive ! I had the most incredible experience and with such an amazing instructor Becky, who put all my nerves at ease and gave me the best experience ! Will defiantly be coming back again for my second skydive !

One of the best and non forgettable moment of my life. They are a little expensive but man with the staff and experience people they are, you probably wont mind spending. The place is quiet remote and you should go by your own vehicle.There is just 2 buses that serve at this place to reading and on weekends only one. Keep some cash along with you of you are planning to have something to eat here coz they dont accept card for food and drinks. It was my first tandem dive and boy they made sure that I enjoyed every bit of it. Definitely yes for all.
