Kate has done two fantastic Zoom baking sessions with us. The most recent one was mince pies. We made our own mincemeat too which was far superior to shop bought. Kate was very diligent in providing gluten free options for baking. Kate is very patience and steps through each instruction clearly and without a rush. Would definitely do another baking session with Dolce Lusso. Highly recommended!

Thank you for supplying an amazing cake for our \Covid\ wedding. Kate made the whole planning a very pleasant experience. She listened to our wishes and requests, came up with a few ideas, offered tasting of a few flavours, showed us a sketch so we can visualise our dream cake and delivered PERFECTION.
I took one of Dolce Lusso Bakes online bake along classes. I love baking but have never baked Cantucci before so it was so great learning from Kate how to do it and learn all her tips and tricks. The ingredients were sent in the post ahead of the class and were all measured out, meaning I only had to add a few fresh ingredients making it even easier. The recipe was great and I have made them again since the class as they were so tasty and a hit at home. Highly recommend the class to anyone want to learn something new and break the monotony of lockdown
With Kate, you're in safe hands. I never bake, but I produced some homemade mince pies under her expert direction as part of a group event. I really enjoyed the evening and the mince pies taste great. I like the Italian twist to her recipes.
Kate made our wedding cake this time last year and the whole experience was incredible. From our initial meeting to pick the flavours (no easy feat as they're all delicious) and discuss our design ideas to the wow moment when we first saw our cake, the service we recieved was second to none. Our cake was 4 tiers topped with incredible sugar flowers replicating my bouquet - it was truly a show stopper. We managed to save a few bits and kept them in the freezer for well over 6 months and they kept so well!
