When we were first dating, we used to meet a Costa coffee places around the area.... So for our Wedding cakes there was no other choice, for the cake to be made. Celebration Cakes by Catherine Scott School of Cake Decorating, was our only choice of cake supplier. Over the past 7 years of trading with the wedding cars, I think we have tasted every flavour Catherine offers, (trust me there are many), How to choose, no idea, but we did.. Cherry bakewell & vanilla. Oh my days they are amazing. WE highly recommend Catherine for any cake requirements you are needing. We were even sent pictures of what we would be having with measurements etc, so we could approve it Thank you Catherine, Robin, & the team

I attended the introduction to Sugarpaste course with Kim yesterday and it was fantastic! Kim was such a great teacher, answered all questions thoroughly and so patient. The course is very well designed to run smoothly and be really fun and interactive. I attended during Covid19 pandemic and felt safe. All precautions were taken to remain socially distanced and safe which was important to me. I have always been afraid to work with sugar paste but feel so much more confident after this 3 hour course, I wouldn’t have thought I could learn so much in such a short time! I am amazed at the cake I managed to make with Kim’s guidance! I will 100% be attending another course, i hope to do them all at some point. Very reasonably priced too!

In the whole of my wedding planning, and meeting so many various suppliers, it was the best day when we met you who simply said \... leave it to me and I will make your vision happen\. Thank you to Catherine and her team for making our beautiful three-tiered wedding cake. Its appearance was absolutely stunning - exceeding all of our expectations. But most importantly, it tasted amazing, even a few days after the wedding! We went for 3 different flavours: chocolate; champagne and strawberry, with a lemon top tier. Our guests were so impressed and we’d definitely recommend to anyone else looking for a wedding cake. It was clear that a lot of work had gone into every aspect of the cake. The sugar flowers on top were particularly exquisite. The colour was also perfect for our Autumn wedding. Thank you!

Just finished my cake decorating courses at Catherine's. 3 really enjoyable courses: PME Sugarpaste, Royal icing and Sugar Flowers. Kim is a kind and patient teacher doing such a great job. Catherine is a lovely host, she was really helpful and gave valuable advice when I asked questions unrelated to the courses, and often handing trays of cakes to us to enjoy. Selena was just as great, running around for us and collecting/ordering things we asked for. I can only thank them all for a truly great learning experience and the wonderfully friendly atmosphere.
