Due to deteriorating health, I knew my bathroom needed a radical overhaul. After discussion with Ian, I decided on bath removal and installation of a level entry shower instead. His team arrived promptly and with the minimum of disruption the job was soon completed. My new shower room is a pure delight and all at a reasonable cost. More especially, I feel totally safe and no longer worry about falling. Thanks to all concerned!

How this company is still operating is beyond me. They seem very professional and in touch with peoples needs when quoting for works but in reality they are not competent at all. To say they are understanding in the older folks needs is a complete lie. As soon they have had their money they are not interest, older people are treated with total disrespect and they prey on the vulnerable. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Peter did a beautiful job installing a wetroom for my husband which has made his showers much safer and more enjoyable. We are very pleased with it. Only niggle is an uncomfortable loo seat, wish I could have tried it in advance! Otherwise thanks to Ian and his team, especially Peter.
I am leaving this review on behalf of Radio City's Cash for Kids. we would like to thank Ian and his team for the fantastic work he carried out for a family we were supporting. With Ian's help and perseverance we were able to make a huge difference to a family in Maghull by building and equipping a safe room and shower room for a young boy of 7 years old with severer autism. Ian was kind enough to stay with the job from start to finish despite some set backs with securing all of the funding. The work carried out has transformed the quality of life not only for the little boy but for his whole family they are so grateful and we are delighted we could facilitate this and make it happen. Stair lift from quote to fitting in 10 days. Good service. Very pleasant engineer fitted stair lift. Slight niggle a week later but came promptly an same engineer sorted it out. Very pleased with service all round. It's been a God send.
