If you are ever in the unfortunate position of being in a property chain and someone has burd ward as their solicitor; I would do yourself and favour and walk away from the sale. The level of incompetence I have seen from their representatives is staggering, not to mention the customer service. Months wasted by their inaction and ignoring all communication attempts. I would advise anyone to steer clear of any involvement with burd ward.
