Excellent friendly customer service from Sheila at Wallace’s. I had an engineer visit to look at a faulty washing machine on the Thursday and a new one delivered and installed on the Friday. I found their service very professional, prompt and reliable. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for superior service!

I have no hesitation in recommending this company. I used them for years. I have bought appliances had them installed and had repairs carried out with no problems. They are always quick to come out and will go that extra length to make sure all is in order. The staff are well informed and give good advice and are pleasant to deal with. Microwave oven stopped working just outside the warranty. Wallace’s were absolutely excellent and really went the extra mile to sort it out. I can't recommend them highly enough and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. At the end of the day they saved us over 400.0 by not having to buy a new appliance. Brilliant.

I had to pay 40.00 up front for a call out, was told engineer would arrive between 07am and 3pm so I had to stay in all day, engineer finally arrived at 2.30pm , he put his hand inside washing machine touched the drum said drum was gone and I would need new machine. He never took it out never took the back off to check drum properly. He then had the cheek to offer me a new one for over 600 when you could buy similar ones for around 400 I asked him to leave at this point i would not use them ever again.

had an oven fault and phoned wallaces on the wed. by Friday morning the engineer had supplied and fitted new fan oven element and the oven was back up and running again. terrific service, and very friendly knowledgeable team. i would highly recommend.
