We have purchased a new walker home at the One Dalhousie site. The home wont be ready till September, however the service and the updates we have received so far from Jean has been amazing. Very well explained, weekly updates with the progress and great advise with the whole process. Jean was amazing prior to the purchase too, showing us the plot, which show home we could visit to see our house and how Walker group work. Can't wait to move in!

Great staff to help with whatever question I had
Overall we like our new home, however we was not at all impressed with the sales team! We were passed around a number of people who were emailing us. The first one had told us we could get extras then changed his mind when we were preparing to go ahead with them, to then be told a couple of months later that we could still get them just for an increased price (but not the main things we wanted) but should have been able to get them when we first asked. Seems to be no communication and overall bad customer service. Not impressed at all with staff.
Recently bought and moved into our new house at The Braes. We love our new home and the process has been made easy and straightforward from the beginning. Jan, our sales advisor has been so helpful and a pleasure to deal with, nothing was too much trouble and she made the whole experience great, she is an asset to the company! We have had a few snags, nothing to bad but Walker have dealt with them quickly and sorted most already, having made arrangements for the others to be sorted. The build quality is very good, well finished house with good size rooms and plenty storage. The site team have also been great, the site manager Derek and the team ensured the handover and any snagging repairs since we moved in went smoothly. Been very impressed with Walker Group since our first interaction, compared to other house builders in the area who we visited whilst looking for our new home.
We love our new home at long meadow. Such a smooth process and we were always kept up to date with everything that was getting done. Hardly any snags and the ones we did have all got fixed in a day. Would definitely recommend walker and would definitely buy again from them. From the salesman David to the site managers Iain and joe , they are all super friendly and will go out their way to help you. Great experience all round.
