No curbside service... They were organized when I walked in to get my order. Very friendly & helpful staff.

They had 1 person trying to wait on over 20 ppl. She was doing her best but it caused orders to be missed and some food to be almost cold. Waited over an hour to be seated after confirmation of arrival and over 45 minutes to be served. Salt was the main ingredient in most of our entrees and guest within the party was serving each other water and biscuits to burn time. The salads were perfect and sweet chili shrimp were the best.
We had a great experience at Red Libster today. The service was outstanding, we will be back again.
Fishn chips included my side baked potato which was very small with a large portion black of rot; the cajun chicken alfredo linguine lack much chicken for the price.
So yesterday me and the hubby went out to enjoy my weekend. My weekend was 90% good, 10% bad due to Red Lobster being so bad. It started with my husband's drink, he ordered a mango drink and he told the waiter it did not taste like mango. So they gave him a new drink with more mango juice in it. He said it tasted like bananas, even the manager said they received new mango juice and that was also off. The bisects tasted like they were microwaved. Next comes the appetizers, the dip was good but the stuffed mushroom's tasted old and nasty. And for the entrée we both ordered the Lobster Lover's Dream, it had no flavor, on of the lobster tails on both our plates tasted undercooked. We didn't even finish our meals. So one star goes to the restaurant because in the past it was good and I hope it was a really off day for them, like really really off day. The other star goes to our waitress, she was so sweet and very concerned that we didn't like the food. Thank you to that waitress.
