Nick Webb from Walden’s is our estate agent who has been so good in regards to the purchase of a bungalow for my mother. He has been so helpful in our endeavour to find a suitable place for her, responsive to our requests to try to expedite the purchase and has given us invaluable practical advice considering she (and my husband and I) are relatively new to the area. He was kind and courteous to the new neighbours and allowed time to chat and joke with them so mum could feel really at ease with her new surroundings. I love the fact that we have a named sales person (Nick) throughout the whole process from first viewing to completion and this has made the whole process much less stressful and really person centred. Thank you!

I have used Waldens a few times in the past and just recently. I have found all the staff to be very professional and always keep you up-to-date with things concerning the sale of my late mother’s house. I mainly dealt with Nick who always kept me in the loop, is professional especially as he understood how hard it is to sell under the sad circumstances of my late mother. I also dealt with Steve, Sharon and Rob, who have been equally just as great Thank you all, especially Steve and looking forward to dealing with yourselves when you find me a suitable 2 bedroom house for me to rent out Vicky
