Excellent service from start to finish. I will be recommending them to friends and family because from start to finish they were professional, competitively priced and did a great job. The stove is Eco friendly and efficient to run- I’m already saving money on my gas bill. Thanks to Mark at the shop and Simon the owner who surprisingly is also the fitter, first class job all round.
Excellent service from both the showroom and the fitting. Very reasonably priced. Fitting was no problem at all and cleared everything away when finished.
Not reliable don’t turn up for booked appointments, don’t reply to voice message left, don’t show any remorse or apologise for not showing up. I would find someone else and give these a wide berth
Very high quality fireplaces. Top quality service too. They went well above and beyond to get us the right beam for over our new fire. Can't rate them high enough
