I have this afternoon visited the branch with my two children and we were looked after by the store manager Mr Dominic hartley He helped my children choose the appropriate spectacles and mr hartley did the dispensing,very impressed with his approach and his professional manner. Always thought Specsavers take on more customers than they can handle. Now that we have a pandemic they have gone bad to worse. Tried to get a sight and contact lens check for 2 weeks. But can’t get through to customer service to cancel and reschedule, I will be moving to vision express where they pick up the phone in 2 minutes. And have a straightforward booking process.

Every staff member I have encountered at this store has been professional, friendly and accommodating. The range of available frames they stock aren’t to my taste but the contact lens service that they offer is very good and reasonably priced.
