I have been with Naylors Finance for 6 years now. Peter is my go to person. He is both respectful and helpful. Naylors go out of their way to be responsible to the customer. The office girls are wonderful to people who phone in. Like others I have had the odd time where I couldn't pay on time and contacted either Peter or the office and they were helpful in my payment of another day. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs some help with their finances

I found that updating my loan online was really easy and simple. It's really useful being able to check my balances online. Sheila is really helpful always keeps me updated when I can update my loan, if i ever have any questions she replies as soon as she can. She is so friendly... nothing is too much trouble. Always makes sure I understand everything that is changing with loan agreements, payments etc.. Really happy customer

Fantastic company and fantastic staff,was worried about doing online renewal but it was very easy to do and the agent was there to support. Michelle is a lovely lady and very helpful and patient which is needed with me as I'm not very good with technology,Naylors need to keep this treasure and don't let her go anywhere else.
