Ordered a piece of glass went to collect it and got a pack of lies as to why it was not there. Asked for a refund was told he could not give a refund and he did not know how do a refund for a card payment. I asked to the manager to call me on the Monday to arrange a refund. Never had a call or contact again so the credit card had to get there legal department to claim the money back for me. Be warned they are liars be careful always pay credit card for your own security.
