This was the first time we used Ardsley to board our two collies and we will definitely be booking them there again. It was clear from the outset in Sarah's manner that she loves dogs and they certainly seem to have received lots of love, care and attention over their stay; their coats were beautifully groomed and no hint of a 'smell' of disinfectant or having been couped up in kennels for a long time (as we have experienced in every other kennels we've used previously), the individual attention and detail in getting to know them to ensure their needs were met was obvious in our chat when picking up. Please extend a huge thank you to all staff involved. Kind regards

I have 2 Yorkshire Terriers which I left here for a long weekend. I have tried lots of different kennels before but this is the first time they have come back not smelling so bad I get them home and immediately have to wash them. Haven’t soiled themselves the nights since their return ( a usual experience for us after going in kennel’s) generally not sulked since coming home ! The staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful. Considerate enough to walk our dogs but not feed them before collection (typically they vomit in the car) all round I’m delighted. Thank you for looking after them so well

Our greyhound was very happy with the care and attention he received while boarding at the kennels for 5 days. This was his first time in kennels, so we went for a look around beforehand, Wadi instantly warmed to the friendly staff and the place. When we went back to collect him from his stay, he was fussing Michelle (manager) clearly showing how much he liked her! We also received regular photo updates with pictures of the comfy beds they made him! He definitely looked spoilt! Would recommend and will use again.

Love, love, love this place. As do my pooches. Michelle and Sarah always look after my dogs so well. They come back happy chilled relaxed and well looked after. Well done you lovely people xx
