Shopped again and much improved on all points mentioned including a customer announcement reminder about social distancing, back to 5 stars! Previous review, 3 stars. Just completed a shop here, less covid safe due to other shoppers. Family group, several pairs, group of 3 customers chatting in an aisle, also group of staff in another. No one on access control.

Always clean and tidy, even the customers are more polite, usually, great store if you don't mind paying a premium for most everything. Still lots of good deals to be had here if you look closely enough :)

Not enforcing mask wearing. Other that shelves are full and staff are courteous
Waitrose is amazing, fresh produce all the time, always a great variety of meats, veggies and fruits!
