Don't shop here very often mainly because it on most things,can be a bit pricey for limited means. The produce is fresh,and in good condition,there is a good selection. The staff are very helpful, friendly,and approachable.A good shopping experience

Staff go the extra mile and back. I forgot my card one day and came to realise I left it at home after I scanned my shopping. The staff said that they will hold it for me while I get a payment. Came back within an hour and there it was!

I love to shop in Waitrose Winton mainly because of the exceptional customer service I always receive from Angie and Tati from fresh fish and meat counter. Those ladies always make me feel so welcome. On few occasions staying late just to find the fish or meat I wanted to buy. Very helpful, kind and considerate! They always put their customers first! Huge credit to the store! Well stocked shop with social distancing policies in place. Multi storey car park and lift to the store. Good selection of all foods including fruit, vegetables and even international food items.
