Lovely lovely staff. So impressed with this wonderful shop which has kept me sane during the last 2 lockdowns. I always feel super safe in the store with brilliant social distancing implemented. The staff are always so helpful and friendly and it makes the whole shopping process and click and collect a pleasure. Thank you West Byfleet Waitrose!

Slightly smaller than the average Waitrose and hence the reduced varieties in the slower moving items - not by much but clearly discernible. For example, during the last trip there were no avocado and cafitiere selections.

Apparently you are no longer trusted to put your trolley in one of the many collection points in the small car park and you must walk them back to the entrance. If this is now the case that is fine but why not remove the trolly points and free up quite a lot of parking spaces rather than wrap them in sticky tape. The most impenetrable defence known to man. Besides that the prices of generic items still have the Waitrose tax applied and you still feel superior shopping here so not much else has changed.
Staff are friendly and helpful, unfortunately stock or lack of it is a big issue; the shelves constantly look under stocked with certain popular items almost always being sold out. Update 28/01/20: lack of stock remains an issue, no idea how they will cope once the new housing development opens. Staff are still amazing, cannot fault their customer service.
