Took rather a long time to answer phone. Once answered responded well and goods brought out in timely manner. Only criticism is that chicken delivered with order had a use by date of tomorrow. Insufficient even for Sunday lunch. Used before this is a nice friendly service that I recommend.

Great little waitrose selling everything you need. Served with a smile and a nice car park too.. Quality and service as expected.
Fantastic to have in Towcester! The store is always clean and well stocked, and the quality of the food is consistently good. Never a problem getting parked either, unlike other local supermarkets.
Great shop, security guards on door to make sure you have mask, not too many people in the shop at once.... Staff are lovely... professional and friendly . Plenty of food choices which are excellent products.
Excellent service and all the products I was looking for, including fresh Protea flowers and Canadian club whisky.
