They have taken Covid-19 seriously and implemented all the safe measures. You might have to wait outside for a little while but remember it’s to protect all of us. The staff here are great, all Waitrose and John Lewis staff seem to be well trained. You pay a little extra for the fruits and vegetables when compared to tesco but you can instantly taste the difference.

Busy & long queue at the moment. Quality of food exceptional. Staff helpful. Thank goodness, I opted for click & collect. Very efficient service.

This is a great place to shop. It also offers a free coffee when you have Waitrose loyalty card and when you buy an item. This is a great saver throughout the year. All in all a good shopping experience. It also has a good cafeteria where you can rest and have a tasty meal.
