As with all great businesses, staff make the difference. Great staff with real customer service at its core. My one grip and hence 4 stars is the freezer section does not work properly. I have reported every week. Ice cream, chips etc is very soft.

Always enjoy a shopping trip to Waitrose Rushden. Good to have such a wide range of everyday products and treats. Checkout staff are always super friendly.
Very pleasant shopping experience. Hardly any other people, at 8:30- 9:00. Fully stocked. Happy friendly staff.
