It is always a delight to shop at Waitrose though it is a monthly treat! Surprised and overjoyed to get fresh Seville oranges this time so now have 5 jars of home made marmalade to cheer the next few months. As always it is a clean, welcoming and safe place with friendly, helpful staff.

It’s great for a large shop. We filled 2 baskets. I love this place!
We had to queue outside but only for 10 minutes. The gentleman on the door was, needlessly apologetic but ot was lovely to hear. It was quite busy in store but the staff were very friendly and helpful. There was an oriental lady on the bakery department who was particularly helpful, when we were indecisive about what bread to choose. The lady on the till was very friendly too, wishing us a Merry Christmas as we left. Overall a very pleasant experience.
