Absolutely wonderful place to purchase groceries. Food is superb in quality, which is to be expected with the price. There’s an array of areas to find particular groceries, such as the bakery, deli, etc, to deliver the finest goods. Disability access is quite brilliant also, as it’s quite a wide, sprawling area, so you’ll have plenty of room to shop peacefully without interruption. Also, the staff are very polite and friendly, and there’s a large customer service desk by the entrance, so if you ever need assistance, it’s always available. Opening hours are convenient, plus there’s a large parking area.

Quite busy but expected that because of the time of year. Good choice of quality products.Staff friendly and helpful. Enjoyed my visit. Parking was plentiful.

I was very concerned about how many staff there was on the shop floor. At one point 6 were in one half of the shopping isle. Two meters apart didn't happen. This is because of how many shoppers and staff about I could not keep to the two meter rule. Also when I was at the till the person on check out put my shopping next to her on the till. She made NO attempt to push it down towards me. I had to reach well behind screen to get my shopping to put it the bags. it's the worst experience I've had coming to waitrose in lutterworth.
